to Unipen and these commonly include:
-

planning services

In addition to undertaking facilities management
and operation through Unipen on behalf of clients, Penspen
is a pipeline owner and operator in its own right. In July
2001, Penspen increased its share of the ownership of Manchester
Jetline Limited to 100% through acquisition of shares held
by former partner GATX Corporation. The Manchester Jetline
pipeline system supplies aviation fuel into Manchester International
Airport from the Government Pipeline and Storage System and
Unipen has provided all facilities management, operation and
maintenance services for Manchester Jetline since its completion
and commissioning in 1994.
