Penspen have been employed by DEPA to provide Project Management Services on development of the Greek natural gas pipelines system. The services cover management of 28 separate projects partially funded under the European Union Community Support Framework III. These projects cover the interconnection between Greece and Turkey and expansions of DEPA’s system in ten areas of Greece.
The projects involve high pressure (70/80 bar) pipelines, a border metering station, metering station feeding a power plant, city gate stations, medium pressure (19 bar) gas pipeline networks, low pressure (4 bar) gas pipeline networks, remote control value/instrumentation system, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
