The company was formed from the Unipen subsidiary company of Penspen following its acquisition of ProGas. Both companies have long-established and exemplary track records in their respective sectors.
GreyStar Europe operates 1,500 miles of transmission pipelines, over 800 gas and liquid processing facilities and 9 tank storage farms.
