PlusOne Version 5.2 Maintenance, Upgrade and Support (MUS)
With the introduction of new design codes and in keeping up to date with the latest technological advances in the industry, PlusOne will continuously evolve in order to meet these demands. As these changes occur PlusOne will be developed accordingly, and all users holding a valid MUS agreement will receive notification of these upgrades via email.
There is an optional 1 - 3 year renewable MUS at a cost of 15% of the current cost of the modules owned by your company at the time of renewal. This contract allows you free updates to your existing modules and any technical support that you may require. Most of the support is conducted via email.
