Penspen's manpower division, known as Spencer & Partners, has over forty years experience in providing specialist personnel to clients in the oil/gas, water, petrochemical, transport and construction industries. This service includes the provision of specialist individuals and construction management staff or complete commissioning, operations and maintenance teams. Spencer & Partners provides personnel in all disciplines and grades including project managers, senior consultants, engineers, technicians and QA/QC inspectors.

Spencer & Partners has experience of providing personnel to clients' offices and to construction, fabrication and manufacturing sites worldwide, both offshore and onshore. The range of activities undertaken by our personnel include:

· Provision of specialist engineers at all phases of projects including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance.

· Inspection services undertaken at pipe mills, coating yards and during both onshore and offshore construction of pipelines.

· Procurement inspection and expediting of material and equipment at all types of manufacturers' works.

· Provision of inspection services during fabrication of offshore structures.

· Operations and maintenance supervision of gas fiscal metering station in Greece.

· Inspection services during manufacturing and coating of line pipe at various mill and coating yards throughout the world, including UK, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Norway and Holland.

· Secondment of contracts advisors specialising in IT contracts and major project developments worldwide.
