Challenge

To provide Technical Integrity Assessment (TIA) report covering latest year of integrity management (2016) on offshore pipelines.

Services

  • Review management of Integrity Critical Elements (ICEs), such as closure and leak tests for Emergency Shutdown Valves (ESDV’s). Review inspection and maintenance activities for each pipeline element topsides and subsea structures, including pipework, annulus testing where appropriate, and inspection of all riser sections, manifolds, spools etc. from last flange on well Christmas tree;
  • Review decommissioning studies, decommissioning programmes, other studies, Emergency Response (ER) exercises and all other pipeline integrity activities;
  • Review incident investigation reports (if any), survey reportsĀ  and pipeline flush report.

Solution

The inspection and maintenance activities carried out in 2016 on IPR assets/pipelines were reviewed and analysed along with the associated reports.

Result

The conclusion and recommendations were made after thorough review of relevant data provided by the client for each asset.
