Overview

Penspen’s UK Offshore Pipeline Legislation Awareness course describes the government departments and non-government agencies involved, the procedures to be followed, the duties that must be complied with and the authorisations that must be obtained. The course addresses all the relevant planning, major accident hazard, environmental protection and decommissioning legislation for offshore pipelines, as well as the operational and the decommissioning phases of onshore pipelines.
