Challenge

To revise and update the Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS) Manual, Major Accident Prevention Document (MAPD), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), interface document and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for the pipelines.

Services

Revise and update the PIMS, MAPD, HIRA, Interface and ERP reports to reflect the:

  • Current operating conditions of the pipelines;
  •  Current Safe Operating Limits (SOLs);
  • Design details of the infill well production and gas lift spools to drill centre;
  • Design details of the pipeline assets (2 wells, manifold, riserbase including SSIV, Mid Water Arch (MWA) and flexible riser;
  • Latest oil export route;
  • Any change in risks.

Solution

The design data provided for pipe-in-pipe, drill centre and infill well was reviewed and analysed for necessary revision and changes in PIMS documents.

Result

The PIMS, MAPD, HIRA, interface and ERP reports were completely revised by incorporating the details of the assets and the infill well.
