Penspen Strengthens Leadership Team with new Director of Sales & Marketing for Europe

Penspen, a leading global engineering consultancy, has welcomed a new Director of Sales & Marketing in Europe.

Jan Tucker brings extensive strategic expertise built from senior roles across the global energy sector. Following an early career as a Project Engineer in the subsea construction industry, Jan went on to hold senior positions at Subsea7 and Wood.

Jan’s experience includes leading sales, marketing and strategy functions at major construction and engineering consultancies, driving projects that have helped to shape the energy landscape.

An Associate Member of the Energy Institute, Jan holds degrees in Civil and Architectural Engineering. He also serves as Vice Chair of Highland CIC, a strategic community interest company in the Highlands of Scotland, where he resides.

Jan will lead Penspen’s Sales & Marketing function in Europe, ensuring continued growth and success in sales, proposals, and business development. He will also join our Executive Leadership Team, helping to drive the strategic direction of Penspen.

Jan Tucker commented: “I am excited to join Penspen at such a dynamic time for the UK and European energy markets. With Penspen’s expertise and comprehensive market offering, I am confident that we will continue deliver solutions that optimise the performance of our clients’ infrastructure and add real value to the sector.”

Peter O’Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer at Penspen said: “Jan’s deep expertise across the global energy sector and his proven leadership in sales, marketing and strategy make him an exceptional fit for Penspen. His appointment marks an important step in expanding our leadership team to deliver on our Vision 2030 growth ambitions.”
