News: Penspen Introduces AI-Enabled Aura and Helios modules within Digital Integrity Platform, THEIA
At PTC, Penspen are proud to introduce Aura and Helios, two new artificial intelligence-enabled modules within its digital integrity platform, THEIA, designed to provide engineers with immediate access to technical knowledge and platform support.
Aura acts as an on-demand technical expert, delivering authoritative, referenced answers drawn from curated datasets and decades of engineering expertise. Helios serves as THEIA’s integrated platform guide, providing support on workflows, user guidance and fundamental engineering principles.
Together, the modules address key industry challenges, including ageing infrastructure, increasing regulatory demands, and the loss of experienced technical resources, enabling faster decision-making, improved consistency and more effective knowledge transfer.
