Penspen Emirati Graduate Development Programme
Designed specifically for engineering graduates in the United Arab Emirates and enhanced through partnerships with Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi University, the University of Sharjah, and the Higher Colleges of Technology, our 12-month programme offers exposure to a number of key engineering disciplines and the opportunity to progress into a junior engineering or project management role in a globally-respected engineering consultancy.
Since the programme’s inception in 2020, over 50 Emirati engineering graduates have either completed or are currently enrolled – each playing a vital role in engineering the future of energy in the United Arab Emirates.
