Introducing Engineers of the Future
Penspen’s Emirati Graduate Programme focuses on advancing graduate capability and cultivating a qualified workforce in the UAE. Since the inception in October 2020, we have seen 30 graduate engineers successfully complete the programme, further embarking on their career journey in roles such as:

Delivering a Structured Training Programme
At Penspen, we believe in the power of collaboration. Enabling a spirit of ambition and collaboration requires a supportive, thought-through structure. Our MEA Human Resources Team have collaborated with our Engineering Team to develop an enhanced training guide, which will assist graduates throughout the duration of the programme. Graduates will receive a detailed overview of what they can expect to learn during their time with Penspen, a roadmap for their professional development and assistance from SME’s and Managers who have a framework to help support this.
Individual training and objectives will be set for all new graduates upon commencement of the programme, giving graduates the best chance to enhance themselves and become brilliant contributions to Penspen and the engineering industry.
